2. Purpose and acceptance
The website offers free content concerning spiritual reflection, comparative reading, meditation and personal experience. It does not officially represent a church, religious organisation, healthcare body or educational establishment. Use of its interactive services means accepting the terms in force.
3. Nature of the content
The texts express a personal search and interpretation, offered to be read and considered freely. They do not impose a belief, guarantee a result or replace formal religious teaching or medical, psychological, legal, financial or other professional advice.
In the event of an emergency, violence, risk of self-harm or a serious health problem, seek immediate in-person help from the appropriate service.
4. Automated guide
The guide is an automated system that attempts to answer from the project’s knowledge base. It may make mistakes, confuse one section with another or omit information. Check any important matter with a reliable source or suitably qualified professional.
Do not use the guide to make a medical, psychological, legal, financial or safety decision.
5. Proper use
Use the website lawfully and respectfully. Do not attempt to gain unauthorised access, introduce malicious code, overload the service, bypass security, send threats or bulk communications, impersonate another person or provide another person’s data without permission.
6. Intellectual property
Unless otherwise indicated, the structure, visual identity, original text, stories and editorial selection belong to the owner or are used with valid permission. You may share a link and quote a short passage with attribution to UNCREYENTE.ES. Your message remains yours. Sending it does not authorise its publication. UNCREYENTE.ES will not publish an identifiable testimonial, question or contribution without express and specific permission.

An external link is offered because it may be of interest and does not imply endorsement of all the content, doctrine, security or policies of the linked website.
9. Availability and changes
Every effort is made to keep the website available and up to date, but uninterrupted operation is not guaranteed. A section may be suspended for maintenance, security, technical failure or a change of provider.
10. Liability
The owner is liable to the extent established by law. Within those limits, the owner is not liable for use contrary to the reflective purpose of the website, an important decision taken solely on the basis of a text or automated answer, an unforeseeable external failure or the content of another website. The website does not currently sell a product or service, accept payment or enter into a consumer contract. If a paid activity or recurring donation is introduced in the future, the information and specific terms required by law will be published beforehand.
